An Application Activating Thousands of Employees Across Poland
Poland Business Run is the largest charitable business run in Poland, engaging thousands of employees from companies across the country every year. The Foundation behind the event set a clear goal: to build a new digital platform that would integrate participants, enable real-time competition, and deliver value to companies beyond the event itself.
Our team became the technology partner for this project. Our task was to create a mobile application that would not only meet the Foundation’s needs but also become a benchmark for implementing CSR-focused sports technology solutions for businesses in Poland.

The Result?
The application received very positive feedback during its launch at CSR Poland 2025 in Krakow.
Several companies also expressed their interest in implementing it internally as a tool to boost employee engagement.
Most importantly — both the Foundation and our team have confirmed their readiness to continue developing the project, adding new features and personalizing implementations for individual companies.
Project Scalability

About project
One of our biggest challenges was to ensure absolute smoothness of the application on both platforms — Android and iOS. Thanks to the use of React Native and proper optimization of GPS and map functionalities, we were able to create a solution that not only looks great but also maintains excellent performance even with high user traffic.
When building the application's back-end, we focused on flexibility and scalability. By leveraging AWS, Docker, and Redis, we created a system that not only meets the current needs of Poland Business Run but is also ready for future challenges — integrations, new functionalities, and dynamic growth in the number of users.
